PET Preforms are a fast and easy way of manufacturing the PET bottles. Our unit consists of Husky Hypet automatic lines with 96 cavitiy molds of 29/25mm and 30/25mm Neck. Each and every preform is produced by highly sophisticated state of the art Husky Machines with virgin raw materials. This results in smooth finish, flash free, tail less and uniform wall thickness with high clarity preform. The design is such that while blowing the preform, users will get uniform material distribution resulting in superior sturdiness and improved transparency.
Our unit consists of Husky Hycap automatic lines including IMD vision system with 48 cavity moulds of 29/25mm and 30/25mm Neck. Each and every closure is produced by highly sophisticated state of the art Husky Machines with virgin Raw materials. Each closure verified with IMD camera vision system. This results in smooth finish, flash free and uniform wall thickness with high Quality of closure. The design is such that our closure smoothly fitted on bottles while capping at customer end
Our unit consists of ASB Nissai automatic single stage line with 01 cavity mould. Each and every Jar is produced by highly sophisticated state of the art ASB Machine with virgin Raw materials. Each Jar verified with specialist during production. This results in smooth finish, flash free and uniform wall thickness with high Quality. Our Jar design is push type so that smoothly fitted on all types of dispenser during use at customer end.
